Kindle Fire owners, don’t forget to check the Amazon Appstore every day for a new free app! Ever since its Appstore launched, Amazon has been giving away a paid app for free each day. It’s an easy way to build up your app library and try new apps without wasting your hard-earned cash on a clunker. Amazon pulls the apps from a variety of different categories, so you don’t have to worry about cluttering your library with a bunch of games or document reading apps. You can find the daily app by tapping “Apps” on your homescreen and then “Store” to visit the Appstore on your device. You can also visit the Appstore by pointing your browser to Amazon’s website.
The daily app, when this post was written, is Sketchbook Mobile from Autodesk. It’s a basic doodle app with more than 40 brushes, pencils, pens, and airbrushes. Grab it while you can and remember to check the Appstore each day.
